Transformation of a Beautiful Chateau on the French Rivera coastline

This was a huge project which spanned two years, transforming a run down and neglected building into a stunning and unique property. We worked closely with the local French community to make sure all work was done to the correct local standards and regulations. Including moving two huge palm trees to a local beach to make sure they weren’t needlessly destroyed. The surrounding grounds were divided into specific areas to meet the clients ever need. An infinity pool complete with a Jacuzzi and water feature, various sunbathing decks, fire pit seating, outdoor dining area, the cliff face was even moulded to house a perfect sundowner spot. The driveway was reconfigure to give a better sense of arrival and each of the thousands of cobbles thoughtfully and attentively hand laid with beautiful results.

The interior building work was equally detailed. The stone staircase was rebuilt to create a grand entrance hall with intricate metal work. Bespoke joiner was fitted throughout, some with metal and fabric inlay. Numerous marble bathrooms, a built proof panic room and an elegant media room all excited to the highest quality and the upmost attention to detail.
