This project involved transforming a little end of terrace 1200 sqft house into 2996sqft. A full length basement was dug, side return, and loft extension. Bespoke fitted joinery throughout, bi ethanol fireplaces in the sitting room and master bedroom. Bespoke seem-less kitchen fitted on the ground floor with walk on glass to allow the light into the basement games room with a 100” television.+
Bespoke joinery was fitted throughout, as part of a major refurb. The garden was totally landscaped to provide a clean crisp look, whilst letting light down into the basement. Wrought iron railings were replaced with modern glass to provide a seamless, uninterrupted view from the kitchen out into the garden. The old garden walls that were in poor condition were covered in slatted painted timber boarding.+
This project comprised a complete refurbishment of a listed London townhouse, including the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery, a new minimal kitchen and the addition of a modern two-storey glass extension. The garden was excavated in order to let more natural daylight flood into the lower ground floor. A contemporary water feature, outside seating area and barbecue were also incorporated into the garden design.+
Situated high above the village of Cap Ferrat, both the house and garden were extensively redesigned, together with the addition of a modern gym and guest cottage. New areas were devised within the garden, allowing guests to take advantage of the beautiful views over the Mediterranean. The house was completely renovated in accordance with the client’s brief that it should be a home away from home.+
Surrounded by bucolic countryside, this property was completely remodeled so as to maximize its aspect and location. Work began in the garden, reconfiguring the driveway, building flint stone walls, constructing various outbuildings and installing a new swimming pool, tennis court, pond and vegetable garden. The house and nearby cottage were then rebuilt, introducing traditional architectural detailing juxtaposed against modern elements, such as a glass box linking the two buildings together.+
